At Bar Series, we pride ourselves on fast, reliable delivery and clear communication. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our UK and International shipping services.

UK Delivery

Same-Day Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) using Tracked 24 will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Services

  • Tracked 48: Usually delivered within 2 working days.
    Example: dispatched Monday, delivered Wednesday.
  • Tracked 24: Usually delivered the next working day, though not guaranteed.
    Example: dispatched Monday, delivered Tuesday.
  • Special Delivery: A guaranteed next-day service – ideal for urgent orders.

All services are available across the UK, including offshore islands and BFPO addresses

Tracking Your Parcel:

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking details. Enter your tracking number on the courier’s website to monitor progress.

International Delivery

Important:

Due to Brexit and on going global shipping delays, especially outside of Europe, delivery times may be longer than usual. Please allow 7–10 working days before contacting us about a missing international delivery.

Carriers We Use:

We use a trusted network of couriers including FedEx, DHL, and Royal Mail, depending on country and parcel weight.

TPD Restrictions:

Products regulated under the Tobacco Products Directive (TPD) may not be delivered to countries that prohibit cross-border sales. Please check your country’s laws before ordering.

Country Restrictions:

We currently do not ship to:
Albania, Algeria, Estonia, Denmark, Montenegro, and Lebanon.

Customs & Duties:

The recipient is responsible for checking import laws and any restrictions in their country. If a package is returned due to prohibited contents, shipping fees will not be refunded and a £5 return processing fee will apply.

Note:

We are not liable for parcels once they leave the UK. If goods are refused by customs and returned, a refund will be issued (minus original shipping costs). No refund will be given for unclaimed or incorrectly addressed orders.

Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands— Customers may benefit fromlower Royal Mail rates. We’ll always aim to offer the best shipping options available.

Delivery to Work/Business Addresses

You may choose to have your order delivered to a workplace or business address. Please ensure someone responsible is available to receive it. Once delivery is accepted by anyone at the address provided, we consider the order fulfilled and cannot be held responsible for internal misplacement.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives with missing or damaged items, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Please provide:

  • Photographic evidence of the packaging and contents
  • The original picking sheet

Important: Do not dispose of the packaging until photos have been taken. If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a refund for the item(s). Claims submitted after 14 days may not be accepted.

Late or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived and you believe it to be lost, please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of your order date. We will investigate and take appropriate action as quickly as possible.
