Product-Specific Return Policies
Vape Kits & Mods
All vape kits and mods come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. To make a warranty claim, the item must be returned for inspection. Please ensure the product is:
- In its original packaging
- Undamaged
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
We will assess the product and, if a fault is confirmed, offer a replacement or refund.
Batteries & Mods
Batteries and standalone mods come with a 60-day warranty from the purchase date. This covers manufacturer faults only.Please note:
- Damage due to misuse or mishandling voids the warranty
- General wear and tear is not covered
If you believe your battery or mod is faulty, please contact us with details of the issue. We may request the item to be returned for evaluation.
Coils & Tanks
Coils and tanks are consumable items and are not covered by warranty unless a manufacturing fault is present.To qualify for a replacement:
- You must notify us of any suspected fault within 5 working days of receiving your order
- Items must remain unused and in original sealed packaging
If there is a shipping error, we will promptly correct it. For missing items, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
E-Liquids
E-liquids are also consumable items and not covered by warranty, unless a manufacturing defect is identified.If you believe there is an issue with your e-liquid:
- Contact us within 5 working days of delivery
- Items must be unopened and sealed
Shipping errors will be resolved quickly. For missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
Warranty Exceptions
The following arenot covered under any warranty:
- General wear and tear
- Accidental damage or negligence
- Incorrect usage or failure to follow product instructions
- Improper storage conditions
- Alterations or repairs made by unauthorised individuals
- Failure to maintain or clean components regularly
